As if the journey that was possible in nine hours, we showed practicality and made it fourteen and a half hours. “Life is made by action, heaven is also hell. But apart from all these things, there are three things in Amsterdam that distinguish this city from the rest of the European cities. Bicycles, drugs and prostitutes. It is not that all this is available in the rest of Europe, the only difference is that these things are available in Amsterdam with ease and abundance. In Europe, people travel on bicycles, but the passion seen in Amsterdam is not found anywhere else, there are more bicycles than there are people in the city, the bicycle of the Prime Minister of the Netherlands was also famous because he used to come to the office on a bicycle. Bicycle stands have been built on the flat side of the city, you rent a bicycle by putting a token in the machine and use it to leave it at any other stand. There is a separate way to ride bicycles on the road, here cyclists cycle at a very high speed and often also care for pedestrians and if a driver accidentally touches them, then the sky lifts on their head.They leave their lives by receiving a good amount of damages. The use of ‘light drugs’ is also not prohibited in Amsterdam, these drugs are found in coffee shops, but you cannot buy it from a person walking on the road, in this case the government gives the impression as if it has banned drugs, although the fact is that a large number of tourists come here only because they do not have any problem in buying hashish etc. Amsterdam’s Adam Square is famous all over the world for its brothels, there are small shops in the streets with glasses in front of them, half-stand behind the glasses and attract customers. Prostitution is legal in many countries of the world and there are brothels in certain areas.But this rarely happens in any other city like amsterdam, the way women are standing half-naked in public here, I have seen in Thailand or Britain. However, amsterdam is so different from these cities in that transgender men also stand in the window and attract customers in specific streets. It’s as if, “You’ve been a little bit of a fool… Otherwise, the treatment in Gulshan is also difficult.” Amsterdam is a beautiful and clean city, in this city you can go from one place to another by boating in the canal, this canal is spread all over the city, 50 years ago amsterdam’s canal was not like this, it used to present the scene of a lake, but then the government took the initiative to clean it, after which the shape of the canal changed within a few years, now boats run in it, tourists in the city. It is done and in the summer people bathe thoughtlessly. All this used to happen in the Canal of Lahore.But our canal is now a little ‘sick’. Another special feature of Amsterdam is the museums here, Sayane says that van Gogh’s Museum and Ricks Museum are such places that if you do not go there, then understand that you have not gone to Amsterdam. Those who said these things certainly did not go to Amsterdam, because if they had gone to Amsterdam, they would have mentioned a third museum, which may not be in any other city, I also saw that museum from outside, there was a plaque on the door “Museum of Prostitution”. I often wonder if the negative perception of almost all men stems from the actions of a small number of conservative and promiscuous individuals, especially when I witness feminists protesting for their rights in the streets. Have those who support these demonstrations ever considered the feelings of men, especially those who exemplify true gentlemanly behavior? Are we treating these men justly?

Let’s be honest. Not all men are the same, just as not all women fit into one mold. In my view, just as it is crucial to avoid generalizations about women, the same principle should apply to men as well.

Likewise, when discussing men’s rights and responsibilities, we should also consider women’s duties and responsibilities towards men. Do all women genuinely uphold men’s rights? In my opinion, it is essential to evaluate our own conduct before reminding others of their obligations.

Furthermore, isn’t stereotyping all men based on the actions or traits of a few both unfair and inaccurate? What about those who embody true gentlemanly qualities? What about your fathers or brothers? Do they not defy the notion of “All Men Are the Same”?

We rarely ponder these questions because we have fallen into the belief that a strong man doesn’t exhibit traits like crying, openly expressing his emotions, or acknowledging his vulnerabilities. Unfortunately, this departure from our values is distancing us from our religion, which clearly states that men are superior to women.

Firstly, I will express my thoughts with references from the Quran and Hadith, so as to understand the status and position of a man. Later, I will delve into the main theme of my topic, “Not All Men Are the Same.”

The husband has the ultimate authority in managing the household as he is responsible and accountable for its maintenance and all initiatives. This authority should be exercised with justice, patience, and wisdom.

“Men are the protectors and maintainers of women because Allah has given the one more strength than the other, and because they support them from their means.” [An-Nisa 4:34]

Men are generally physically stronger and more rational, while women are often more delicate and impulsive. These attributes are bestowed by Allah to fulfill their respective roles in life.

It is obligatory for a woman to follow her husband’s guidance, provided it does not conflict with Allah’s commands.

Once, Hazrat Ayesha (R.A.) asked Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H), “Who has the most rights over women?”

He replied: “Her husband.”

She asked again: “Who has the most rights over women?”

He replied: “Her husband.”

Then she asked: “Who has the most rights over a man?”

The Prophet (P.B.U.H) replied: “His mother.”

[Al-Hakeem: 7244]

This clearly indicates that a woman is obligated to obey her husband.

It is disheartening to combat injustice with more injustice. Just as it is reasonable to believe that not every man is a sexist, it is equally true that not every white person is a racist.

In the same way that demonizing white people won’t eradicate racism, hating men or vilifying them won’t enhance respect for women. True equality lies in respecting everyone rather than making sweeping generalizations. We often fail to consider the reasons behind someone’s bad behavior or actions.

In my perspective, instead of eradicating evil from society, we struggle with how to eliminate bad individuals. Achieving this is possible only by assisting them in overcoming the evil within themselves. I frequently encounter a focus on the negative stories of wrongdoing to the point where we question, “Are there any good men left in this world?” This topic is often discussed among girls today.

However, I’d like to emphasize that the majority of Muslim men understand their roles well. They exhibit kindness to those around them. If they are fathers, they show mercy and love; as brothers, they protect and care for their sisters; as husbands, they are devoted to their wives. Even most male colleagues recognize their boundaries. I am not denying the presence of negative individuals, but I aim to emphasize that it’s irrational to label the entire male community as “bad” based on these exceptions.

Consider this analogy: When a part of our body suffers from a chronic illness like cancer, we remove that problematic part without condemning the entire body. Similarly, we must address problematic men rather than condemning all men.

We must recognize that the “ideal person” we envision is a societal construct. The problem with this perspective is that these ideals foster unrealistic expectations. “NONE OF US IS PERFECT”: humanity is a mix of good and bad, susceptible to sin.

Let us not forget that our own shortcomings are overlooked too. To foster this mindset, we must begin with ourselves. Both men and women should strive for self-improvement. Additionally, pay heed to the upbringing of your children. Mothers should nurture their sons to be gentlemen, as a man’s first school is his mother’s lap. Similarly, young girls should hone their qualities, as they are the mothers of the future. In conclusion, let us respect, support, and inspire our men, creating a harmonious and dignified environment for all.

In 1947 Pakistan became an independent country after fighting against the British and East India Company. Some prominent personalities like Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Allama Iqbal, Liaquat Ali Khan, Fazlul Haq, Rahmat Ali, and many more. Work day and night to make this possible.

But a question always hits my mind, especially when the month of independence comes. Are we independent? Are we really free? Are we still under the control of the “Most powerful countries of the world”? Are we puppets of the West? Is the USA controlling us? Does the USA never want us to grow Economically? The answer to these questions is quite obvious, but we Pakistanis are more concerned about talking about politics. I’m repeating myself, only talking. We are not interested in taking any action, yet we want to see Pakistan grow and become a developed and stable country.

What if the looters and the ones who destroy Pakistan politically, economically, and in many ways are the ones who are part of this country who are Pakistanis themselves? Who are prominent political personalities who sell their country to fulfill their desires and to get authority or any position? I want to quote the amazing quote here:

“Politics is not about power. Politics is not about money. Politics is not about winning for the sake of winning. Politics is about the improvement of people’s lives.” Paul Wellstone.

The quote mentioned above does not apply to Pakistan’s political culture as most of the political parties and people in power having authority are not interested in the welfare of the country or their people. Their only interest is to fill their pockets as long as they are in power and have authority.

It has been 76 years since Pakistan came into being, but we have not yet learned the meaning of independence. I think it’s because we are habitual of living under the influence and control of others, like the British ruled us for 89 years. Maybe this is the reason we, as an independent country, still need the consent and involvement of powerful countries just to make them happy and to show them how obedient slaves we are. How and when we free ourselves from this slavery? When will the time come that we finally raise our voices against this slavery? When will Pakistan be able to get an honest and true leader who will work in the favor of the country and its people? When does our law and order serve the country? When will political leaders be held accountable for their corruption and ruthless actions? Another 76 years may be required for this.

Let me take you with me on this 76 year of journey and remind you what we have given to our motherland:

Corruption: Pakistan received a 27 score in the corruption perceptions index, according to the international transparency organization.

No law and order: In Pakistan, there are different laws and punishments for the rich and poor
Powerful people can do anything and then escape legal action.

Dirty politics: Our political leaders are always busy plotting against the opposition. That’s why not a single prime minister ever completed his five-year tenure in Pakistan.
Elitism in the government: politicians, Generals, bureaucrats(Oligarchy)
Both Religious and Secular Conflicts: Now and then, we hear the terrible news of two religious groups or sects fighting or killing each other over their religious differences.

Education Crisis: In 2015, Pakistan spent only 2.6% of its total GDP on Education, the lowest in South Asia.

Economic Challenges:

Military Involvement in Politics: Military involvement means no true democracy exists in the country.

IMF loans: Pakistan’s external debt reached 125.7 USD in March 2023

Well, enough blame on politics, political parties, and authorities. What, as a Pakistani citizen, have we done for our country? Have we ever thought about contributing to it fruitfully? If we love our country, why do 80.000 Pakistanis, among them highly qualified people like doctors, engineers, accountants, etc., leave the country for their own better future? They would rather prefer to serve abroad than in their own country. Aren’t we do corruption daily?

The shopkeeper overly charges us to keep his commission, and doctors build their private hospitals to earn a hefty amount of money. They don’t agree to save a patient unless they pay the bill. They would rather want him to die. That’s how you serve your motherland. Students love to do corruption in schools, colleges, and universities. If your father is a landlord or a bureaucrat, no problem. The country is all yours. You can do whatever you want to do on this land. You’re not accountable to anyone, and you ran away easily, even after taking the life of an innocent person. Are politicians and powerful fingers forcing us to do these corrupt and filthy acts? We all are responsible for our actions.

Surat Hūd: And O my people, give full measure and weight in justice and do not deprive the people of their due and do not commit abuse on the earth, spreading corruption.

The Prophet (SAW) continued to say: ‘By Allah, you have to enjoin good (Maroof) and forbid evil (Munkar), and hold against the hand of the unjust ruler (Zalim), and force him on the truth strongly, or you have to limit him to the truth’. Allah SWT prohibited us from remaining silent against the Munkar, and He commanded us to remove it.

And as we all live in today’s era, we are all victims of these mixed systems. We all should be better aware that these systems are failing not only politically and economically but also destroying the mental health of the public, causing depression, anxiety, and other mental instabilities.

Honestly, it makes me so sad and sometimes hopeless when I see my motherland breaking down into pieces, and with every passing day, the situation in our country is getting worse. As 14 August is a few days away, I want my readers to make a promise that we work together for the betterment of our county and its people. We try our best to serve our country professionally and as good citizens of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Thus there is a world of decline and decline everywhere . Look at politics. Politics, which was once a profession of principles, has now become the hobby of abul fazls. Politics, which was once characterized by ideology, thinking and character, is now known in terms of beatings and opponents. Politics, which in the past was considered an effective strategy to solve national problems due to conscious maturity and foresight, is now considered penal due to laziness and immaturity. However, even in this period of decline, there are such prominent personalities who have performed the duty of leading the country and the nation irrespective of their caste, political party and all kinds of prejudices and increased the prestige of kucha politics. Javed Hashmi is at the top in this regard.
When he was tried for treason during the regime of military ruler General Pervez Musharraf and he was suffering from imprisonment in Adiala Jail, I used to go from Lahore to Rawalpindi to meet him in spite of adverse circumstances and difficulties. In the meantime, he was moving his book “Yes I am a Rebel” page on the Page of Qartas and consultations continued in this regard as well. A few days ago, when I spoke to him on the telephone, I reminded him of one of his dreams and told him that the dream he had dreamed behind bars about 20 years ago is now being made a reality. The image is disappearing. A new scenario is being created and the world is changing. If you look at Javed Hashmi’s dream on page 248 of his book “Yes I am a rebel” and then see the growing proximity with China and Russia in the context of Pakistan’s diplomatic and trade relations, then you will be surprised how high the flight of imagination of a male Qalandar who was imprisoned was.
I would like to give you just a small excerpt from his writing titled “My Dream” so that you can understand his insight and foresight. He writes, “I see that the sun of the new world is rising. This revolution will come in phases. In this transition period of the first phase, China and Muslim countries, South American countries and Africa are emerging as allies. Southwest Europe would prefer proximity to this alliance. Russia and Eastern Europe will also not be able to keep themselves indifferent for long. Israel, The United States and The United Kingdom will board a boat. The oppressed nations of the world will support each other. America’s shackles will become the soul of its own people.And there will be a wave of freedom within America. When I refer to freedom, I always mean the end of man’s supremacy over man, the destruction of the exploitative system, and the revival of the system of equal distribution of resources. Just as human freedom of thought does not accept the supremacy of the individual, the supremacy of the country alone is also not acceptable. I see the sun rising from the east, its rays sweeping my heart. ‘‘
In his second book , “Under the Shadow of Takhtadar“, Javed Hashmi wrote, “The occupied third world has now become another world. Now reconciliation is gaining importance instead of reconciliation. Pakistan, India, China and Taiwan are working together to build economic cooperation programs despite opposition. Walls of hate are falling. “Javed Hashmi’s dream is coming true. Celebrations are underway to mark the completion of 10 years of CPEC. With this, new investments are coming in. China has already started work on the Chashma 5 nuclear plant project, which will generate 1200 MW of electricity. Work on India-Pakistan-Afghanistan-Turkmenistan gas pipeline project underway The long-standing rivalry between Saudi Arabia and Iran has ended, it is being said that if China can make friends between these two countries, then why can’t relations between Pakistan and India return to normal. Similarly, Pakistan’s relations with Russia are improving. It is not limited to the import of Russian oil, but the scope of possibilities is very wide. The world is really changing. But some dreams have become torment and are the soul of the democrats. Javed Hashmi’s dream of economic alignment in this region seems to be coming true, but the dream of civilian supremacy for which many Pakistanis, including him, have made countless sacrifices and endured all kinds of hardships, I am facing great disappointment and that dream seems to be shattered. May my fears be wrong and javed hashmi’s dream also becomes a reality very soon.

On August 15, 2021, the ashraf ghani government in Afghanistan was overthrown and the new Taliban government was formed on the claim that this time it would be different from mullah Omar’s Taliban government. Under the Doha Agreement, it was agreed with the United States that in the future, the Taliban would not be involved in terrorist acts nor would they allow their territory to be used for such activities.
Assurances for the future of any individual or group can only be judged in the light of past performance or behavior, which is why when the Doha Agreement was going to be reached, intellectuals all over the world raised their voice that the Taliban’s assurances would prove to be effective with time. It was possible to somehow end this useless war and withdraw its forces, so many blunders were made in this hurry.
The Us administration’s estimates about the Ashraf Ghani government and its capability were also proved wrong, the Americans were unable to understand the psyche of our region correctly, they believed that about 200,000 forces, which were trained by their own people, would perform as a force of a nation-state, but when the time came, this force proved to be a wall of sand, then the Americans understood that their heavy How the money was being siphoned off.
On the other hand, the United States was also suspicious of Pakistan and accused it of double game. There is no denying the fact that the Taliban government in Afghanistan is not in Pakistan’s interest in any way.
Soon after August 15, 2021, when our Prime Minister was saying in front of the international media that “the victory of the Taliban is actually the victory of Islam and that the Taliban has broken the chains of slavery”, there are many things beyond that, but the question is whether any arrangement has been made here to end such mentality? It is also not allowed to write or speak openly on it, even today things are twisted and interpreted as if TTP is a very good organization, under the influence of this thinking, the terms good Taliban, bad Taliban kept going, now who can explain to them that the Statement of the Taliban should also be kept in mind that our agreement was with the Americans and not with the Pakistanis.
In the suicide attack on the Rally of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam in Bajaur, about 60 Pakistanis lost their lives and about 200 were injured. Just compare the tenure of this “pro-India” US puppet Ashraf Ghani government with the current two-year Taliban government and look at the game of death that is being played in the border areas of KP and Balochistan and which is now going to move forward. Our Prime Minister has even made a statement that I am offering talks again, if there is a nuclear conflict, there will be no one left to tell who we were.
Sir, it is better that instead of facing the East and taking out this anger, turn your face towards the West, where every day the oppressed and suffering innocent people are being bathed in blood through suicide attacks, your government is going to end in a few days.

She had been married for 10 years and nature had blessed her like a daughter. 
Every time he wished to have a son, but one after the other, six flower-like daughters had landed in his courtyard.
Due to the absence of a son, he would also have to bear the bitter words of the family and family.
This time again his wife was expected to give birth… but he was afraid in his heart that this time a daughter would not be born again.
“This time too, if a girl is born, divorce your wife and divorce her…”
His father told him bluntly.
“What is my wife’s fault in the birth of a daughter?”
He would think in his own mind… then shake his head and leave the decisions to the stream of circumstances. 
But as time went on, satan’s actions affected his heart and mind until he decided that if a girl was born this time too, he would divorce his wife!
One night when he slept, what he saw was that the Hour had taken place, there was chaos everywhere.
The burden of his sins is so much that even the good deeds of a lifetime could not work and hell has become obligatory on him for these sins.
The angels are chained and dragging him to hell. His screams and cries have no effect… Suddenly, what he sees is that one of his daughters is standing at the door of hell. When she sees her father, she goes ahead and stops the angels.
The angels take him to the other door and see that his other daughter is standing and not letting the angels go any further.
The angels take her from there to the third door, where her third daughter becomes a cover for her father from Hell.
In this way, the angels take him to the fourth, fifth and then sixth door, but at every door his daughters defend him and prevent him from going to hell.
Now the seventh door was left, the angels chained it and walked towards the seventh door.
Now there was a great panic on him that who would be a barrier for me at this door.
In the same panic and fear, his eyes suddenly opened, he was sweating and trembling on his body, he began to realize that he had made a very wrong decision after being seduced by Satan.
In this condition, he raised his hands before Allah… Tears flowed on his cheeks and a prayer came out of trembling lips…
“O Allah, give me the seventh daughter.”
Today’s evil and outdated thoughts have reduced the thinking to such an extent that daughters have come to be considered as a far away from mercy and a cause of humiliation, in Muslim society, those who believe in making up and value should be happy instead of being angry at the birth of girls, because daughters are part of mercy and a means of protection from hell, weakness of faith. Because of this, those who have come to believe that the reason for the birth of girls is their wives, it is completely wrong… In this, wives or themselves have no role, but husband and wife are only a means.
Only Allah is the One who bestows the blessing of children…
Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“He gives daughters to whom He wills, and he gives sons to whom He wills, or mixes sons and daughters with whom He wills, and sterilizes whom He wills.”
(Surah Al-Shura: 49-50)
The Prophet (s) said:
“Whoever is put to the test by his daughters and raised them well, these girls will become a shield from hell.”
(Bukhari, Kitab al-Zakaah, Hadith: 1418)
